· Reporting To: Chief Marketing Officer

· Team Leadership: 15-20 direct/matrix reports

· Stakeholder Engagement: Cross-functional collaboration with BU Heads, Sales, Category, HR, and senior leadership including MD/CEOWhat You'll Lead:

* Brand Strategy & Identity: Define and refresh brand architecture, customer segmentation, and long-term positioning.

* Integrated Marketing: Drive ATL, BTL, digital, and regional campaigns with a unified brand voice.

* Creative & Content Excellence: Oversee creative development, agency partnerships, and in-house content teams.

* BU Marketing Plans: Align marketing roadmaps with business unit goals, KPIs, and activation strategies.

* Channel & Trade Marketing: Build feedback loops with channel partners and drive market share through targeted promotions.

* Digital & PR: Lead digital storytelling, social media, and PR to build a premium brand presence.
