HEAD OF MINING OPERATIONS

A. Strategic Leadership & Business Governance

1. Formulate and drive the strategic direction of the mining division, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and long-term business sustainability.


2. Lead the preparation, approval, and execution of the mining business plan, including feasibility, capex, opex, and revenue projections.


3. Oversee compliance with all legal, regulatory, environmental, and reporting requirements across the mining life cycle.


4. Represent the mining operations in board meetings, regulatory hearings, investor relations, and stakeholder engagements.

B. End-to-End Mining Lifecycle Oversight

1. Direct exploration activities and oversee resource evaluation, validation, and reserve reporting.


2. Approve mine planning strategies for development, extraction, processing, and logistics.
