Head of MT Operations

Overview

Main Responsibility The Head of MT Operations oversees the company’s end-to-end commercial operations across all modern trade partners in the PH regions. He/She is accountable for driving revenue, improving in-store execution in the regional stores, optimizing trade investments, strengthening customer partnership in the regions and ensuring operational excellence across key regional stores. The role manages MT KA in the regions, Regional KA, Field operations and cross-functional alignment to deliver profitable & sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop & execute the national Modern Trade strategy covering key retailers and channels in the region
• Identify growth drivers, category opportunities and emerging MT trends to build and strengthen market competitiveness
