Head of Multi Unit Restaurant Operations
Our established and growing multi-unit coffee shop chain is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across a regional portfolio of locations in Western Canada. This role is responsible for translating brand standards and strategic priorities into consistent, high-performing execution at the store level.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an operational leader who thrives in fast-paced, customer-centric environments and understands how to scale systems, develop people, and drive performance across multiple sites. The successful candidate will balance field presence with data-driven decision making, ensuring operational excellence, strong financial performance, and an engaged store leadership team.
