Head of Oncology

Hartmann Young are partnered with a fast-growing Contract Research Organisation to appoint a Head of Oncology.

This is a strategic leadership hire to build and lead the Oncology therapeutic area, driving scientific, operational, and commercial excellence across oncology programmes. The role will shape the CRO’s oncology strategy, strengthen capabilities, and act as a senior partner to biotech and pharmaceutical clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Oncology therapeutic area across clinical development programmes
• Define therapeutic strategy, capability development, and scientific positioning
• Provide senior scientific and operational oversight for oncology trials
