Head of Operational Development

We are now looking for a **Head of Operational Development** to our overall Building Nordics operations, reporting to our Head of Business Area. The position will be based at one of our Nordic offices but with frequent travel and interactions with management in our three divisions in the Nordic countries. The position holder will be a member of the Building Nordics Management Team.
The responsibility of the Head of Operational Development is to contribute to Building Nordics overall strategy and goals by driving and implementing strategic and operational Group initiatives and processes in close collaboration with the management team and representing the Business Area in different foras.
