Accountabilities
- Own and improve the companys operating model, ensuring effective planning and execution.
- Establish and maintain company-wide KPIs and reporting in collaboration with data and finance teams.
- Lead initiatives related to revenue and operations, such as pricing strategy and forecasting.
- Enhance cross-team coordination and documentation in a fully remote work environment.
- Act as a trusted partner to the leadership team to translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Provide structure and clarity to complex projects across various functions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in operations or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong experience with data analysis, metrics, and BI dashboard reporting.
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote and low-bureaucracy organization.
- Experience collaborating with various teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance.
- Excellent analytical skills combined with effective written communication.
