Key Responsibilities and Duties

Service Standardization: Lead the review and standardization of all agency services (e.g., Media Relations, Digital PR, Crisis Comms, Research, Content Creation), ensuring consistent quality and predictable delivery timelines.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices, operational policies, and technology solutions to maximize team productivity, optimize resource allocation, and reduce service delivery costs.

P&L Oversight: Partner with Finance to monitor the profitability and utilization rates of all services and accounts, implementing corrective actions where necessary to meet financial targets.
