A well-established ASX listed organisation operating a portfolio of critical asset operations is seeking a Head of Operations to join its leadership team.

This role is accountable for the overall performance of a complex operational portfolio, with responsibility for safety, reliability, cost, and sustainable operational outcomes across multiple sites and regions.

Created as part of an organisational refresh, the position plays a key role in strengthening leadership capability, improving safety and performance, and building a high-performing, inclusive operating culture.
