Role : Operations Head

Location : Delhi (Bahadurgarh)

YOE : 10 - 15 Years

Role Overview:

We’re looking for an Operations Head who will take ownership of our production goals and drive efficiency at every step. This

role demands a proactive leader who can coordinate seamlessly with vendor partners, resolve bottlenecks, and lead a

medium-sized team toward achieving daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end production, ensuring all daily, weekly, and monthly output targets are met.

• Work closely with vendor partners, managing smooth collaboration and resolving production Challenges.

• Drive process optimization, ensuring minimized inefficiency and maximized output.

• Lead, manage, and conduct regular performance evaluations for a medium-sized team to sustain Peak

Productivity.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within a modern/latest/new-age manufacturing startup in India.

• Proven track record of managing production in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to handle process management effectively and drive continuous improvement.

• Strong communication and coordination skills
