Global Operations Leadership


Oversee day-to-day operations of all FaceFit studios (owned & franchised)

Define and implement standard operating procedures across regions

Build systems for studio efficiency, trainer performance, and client experience



Country & Area Oversight



Supervise Country Managers, Area Managers, and Studio Supervisors

Review weekly performance KPIs and troubleshoot local challenges

Set benchmarks for success in each market, adapted to local dynamics



Franchise Support & Quality



Ensure franchisees receive proper onboarding, training, and brand playbooks

Lead QA audits and enforce compliance with brand standards

Serve as a key point of contact for franchise operations and issue resolution



Expansion Execution



Coordinate launch of new studios (owned/franchise) from fit-out to hiring

Approve location design, staffing plans, and training rollouts

Collaborate with CEO and Creative Director on brand-aligned growth



Data, Reporting & Systems



Establish unified KPIs across all operations

Oversee weekly/monthly reporting from studios and regional leads

Champion digital systems for scheduling, reporting, and CRM efficiency

On-time and on-budget new studio launches



Required Profile



7+ years in operations management across retail, fitness, beauty, or F&B

Regional/MENA experience with franchise models

Proven leadership of multi-site or multi-country teams

Strong system thinker: can build structure from vision

Fluent in English and Arabic preferred
