Job Overview:
The Head of Operations leads all manufacturing, Industrial engineering, maintenance, supply chain and EHS functions at the company in India. The role ensures operational excellence, people development, and alignment with company’s Group standards.

Lead all plant operations including Production, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance and Supply Chain.
Drive productivity, cost optimization and quality improvements in line with company group standards.
Strengthen team capability through coaching, performance management and structured development.
Implement systems, KPIs and controls to ensure high operational discipline and compliance.
Ensure strong vendor management and procurement effectiveness.
