A successful Head of Operations should have:
A strong background in operational management, preferably in the Retail, Mobility, Quick commerce sector.Proven experience in driving process improvements and scaling operations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Knowledge of the Internet industry and its unique operational challenges.A graduate degree in a relevant field, with a preference for advanced qualifications.Strong leadership capabilities to inspire and manage teams effectively.
