Head of Operations

We have a fantastic opportunity for a natural leader with a great attitude to become Head of Operations for a company that has established itself as an expert in direct mail, data management, postage solutions, print, storage and distribution. Combined with extensive knowledge, passion and high‑end consultancy – our client has it all under one roof.

The overarching purpose of this role is the efficient and effective running of the business, working closely with the Board and Senior Teams. Key to this role is promoting the brand and reputation toward being the best in the market by enhancing client services levels and productivity to be best in class. The Operations Manager also has overall responsibility for the performance of the Company and must ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2006.
