    • The Mission of the Head of Global Operations 

    The Head of Operations Deployment is responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing sites operate in full compliance with approved manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The role provides global oversight of manufacturing execution, enforces the quality management system, and ensures transparent reporting and alignment with the original factory.
