We are an international, fast-growing DTC brand in the beauty/wellness niche with a clear plan to scale globally. We’re hiring an experienced DTC Ecommerce Head of Operations to take full ownership of day-to-day operations and build the systems that allow the business to scale efficiently and sustainably.

This role is central to the company. Operations is the backbone of our business, and you will be the person ensuring everything runs smoothly across teams, markets, and functions.

The role

As Head of Operations, you will own the operational engine of the company. You will translate strategy into execution, align teams, build scalable systems, and ensure accountability across the business.

You will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to ensure the company operates with clarity, speed, and discipline as it scales.
