What you'll do

  • You lead the strategic development and continuous evolution of the P3 Benchmarking Framework 
  • You define the vision/roadmap/architectural direction for benchmarking methodologies and ensure their global scalability.
  • You manage cross-functional teams and coordinate international experts to deliver customer-facing insights.
  • You ensure methodological excellence in Mobile and Fixed Broadband User Experience assessments and drive innovation.
  • You establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a thought leader and senior advisor for global customers.
  • You translate market and technology trends into actionable strategies for benchmarking and quality assessment.
  • You lead the integration of AI-driven analytics, data processing pipelines, and automation to enhance efficiency & accuracy.
  • You oversee the definition, monitoring/optimization of KPIs and Performance Indicators within benchmarking programs.
  • You ensure operational excellence in benchmarking projects, including rollout planning, execution, and quality assurance.

    • Who you are

  • You have expertise in benchmarking frameworks across Telco, Automotive, E-Mobility, Security, and AI domains.
  • You have proven experience in Mobile and Fixed Broadband User Experience.
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of EV charging systems, including deployment and operational processes.
  • You have a strong background in AI technologies and their practical applications.
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of KPIs and Performance Indicators (PIs) for quality and efficiency measurement.
  • You have experience in Consumer and Industry applications.
  • You have experience in client interaction and thought leadership.
  • You are flexible to travel across the globe.
