Substack’s model—based on direct subscriptions—has fueled an explosion of independent publishing, empowering creators with economic autonomy, creative ownership, and a direct connection to their most engaged audiences. We’re hiring a Head of Creator Partnerships for Brazil to lead and scale the Brazilian Substack business. Working alongside our Head of Europe, you’ll be responsible for building awareness of the Substack brand in Brazil, onboarding the country’s most exciting independent talent, as well as helping to tell the Substack story to creators and consumers across the country.
