The primary function of this role is to administer payroll for Brazil and Mexico markets.


Job Description


  • Process payroll on time, adhering to legal regulations such as IMSS, ISR, Ley Federal del Trabajo and other related laws.

  • Maintain accurate accounting journal entries and reconciliations in line with all payrolls-related policies and procedures.

  • Identify areas for improvement within the payroll department, driving initiatives that boost systems efficiency, productivity growth and strategic alliances across various functional teams.

Responsibilities


  • Analyze data to prepare semi-monthly payrolls for companies operating in Brazil and Mexico.
