As part of its continuous growth, our client is seeking a highly qualified professional to take on the role of Head of People Development. The position is based in South Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a People Development Strategy aligned with F&B operations across outlets, central kitchen, and online platforms.
  • Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive training framework for frontline staff, managers, area leaders, and relevant head office roles, including onboarding and foundational programs.
  • Create leadership development initiatives, competency frameworks, and clear career pathways to support talent growth and succession.
