What you’ll lead
In this role, you’ll lead, coach and develop a high‑performing People Partnering team, strengthen our performance culture, and ensure our people strategies support the organisation’s long‑term ambitions. You’ll drive organisational design, workforce planning, and leadership development while championing our culture and Employee Value Proposition.
You’ll work closely with the People & Strategy Leadership Team to align people initiatives with our purpose, lead change across the organisation, and design impactful people programmes and career pathways. You’ll also guide the evolution of our people systems, processes, and policies to create simple, inclusive, and future‑focused ways of working.
