About the role

We’re looking for a Head of People & Performance to own performance, incentives, and people risk across the business. This is a leadership function focused on building a high-performing, accountable team while ensuring people's decisions are fair, compliant, and aligned with the long-term interests of the business.

You’ll work closely with the CEO and COO to set clear performance expectations, support difficult conversations, and ensure people's decisions are fair, compliant, and well-documented.
