Role Summary – Head: Procurement, Contracts & Supply Chain

The role leads end-to-end procurement, commercial, and supply chain functions across group companies, owning sourcing strategies for materials, services, plant, machinery, and imports. It carries responsibility for high-value contract structuring and negotiations, vendor governance, and building a resilient, cost-efficient supply chain aligned with project and business needs. Additionally, the position heads the Interiors Division as an independent profit center with full P&L ownership, overseeing manufacturing and project execution of premium interior fit-outs, joinery, and furniture while balancing quality, cost, delivery, and brand reputation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A senior leader with deep experience across procurement, contracts, supply chain, manufacturing, and project-based environments such as real estate, construction, or interiors. The candidate should have proven P&L ownership, strong general management capability, and experience leading large, multi-location, cross-functional teams. International exposure is essential, with preference for familiarity with French/global business practices.
