Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and finalize contractual terms and conditions; draft and manage a wide range of contracts including Prime Contracts and Subcontracts such as PMC, EPCM, LSTK, Licensing, Detailed Engineering, and Service Agreements.
- Support contract evaluation, negotiations, and award processes in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Administer contracts and lead resolution of contractual issues, claims, and disputes.
- Monitor contracts throughout their lifecycle, including execution, amendments, extensions, renewals, and close-out.
- Coordinate closely with project teams, legal, finance, and other stakeholders on all contract-related matters.
- Communicate and present contractual information, risks, and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
- Develop, standardize, and maintain master templates and approved terms and conditions aligned with company policies.
