Job Description
Position Name: Product Head - IIT/IIM
Location: India
Experience Range: 10+ years in Product Development and Management with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
Mandatory Requirements:
1. B.Tech /Master's (preferred) in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field from Tier 1 institutes (IIT/ IIM).
2. Must have handled the position of AVP/VP/Director Product Role in past assignments.
3. Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Drive the execution of all processes in the product life cycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
2. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
3. Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI....
