You'll lead the entire design function: product designers, researchers, and illustrators. You won't just manage output — you'll design the team that designs the product.

Role Responsibilities

1. Set the vision, not just the roadmap. Health is a domain where thinking six months ahead isn't enough. You'll define where product experience should go — not just what's next in the sprint.
