Your mission

As Head of Product, you will own Polariton’s product strategy and lifecycle for optical transceiver engines, ensuring our solutions meet market needs and deliver competitive advantage. You will bridge technology and business, working closely with engineering, business development, and customers to shape products that redefine optical communications.
You will help build the foundation for our product management function and guide the company through its next phase of growth.

Your tasks:

• Product Vision & Roadmap (Optical transceiver engine): Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for optical engines and CPO solutions, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer priorities, and company strategy.
