Paradox EN is seeking a visionary Head of Product to design and build the Operating System for Human Greatness, blending neuroscience, behavioral science, AI, and design.

Overview

In this full‑time role you’ll lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Paradox OS across Dubai, Paris, Lisbon, or remote globally. You’ll translate our founder’s vision into tangible products that reshape learning and personal growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop product strategy and roadmap that connects business goals, user outcomes, and technological innovation.
  • Drive product cycles that incorporate protocols, pods, loops, and personalization powered by AI.
  • Own user research, behavioral insights, and data analysis to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
