    Our client is a major player in the consumer luxury goods industry. They manufacture high-end stainless steel cases and bracelets in technical collaboration with a Foreign MNC.

    Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end production processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead the teams across quality, cost management, delivery management and tracking
  • Assess current workforce capacity and skills, and forecast manpower needs as per production plans and growth projections
  • Develop and implement trainings across technical and soft skills
  • Implement digitization and introduce new systems and processes

    • The Successful Applicant

    A great fit would be candidates with:

  • FULL TIME in Mechanical/Production engineering (2005 to 2008 batches preferred)
  • 17 to 20 years of experience in core production
  • Can speak Tamil
  • Highly Technical Expertise in manufacturing processes, either of Machine Shop or Press Shop
  • Experience across various production shops (Assembly, Press, Machine, Tool Room, Polishing and Plating)
  • Experience handling large teams (200+), having worked with reputed organizations with established processes and systems
  • Candidates from the manufacturing industry for mass produced items.
