• Implement scalable delivery frameworks
• Build dashboards and reporting systems
• Strengthen risk and escalation management

Client Management

• Oversee key client engagements
• Support escalation handling
• Drive long-term client satisfaction

People Leadership

• Build a strong leadership bench
• Mentor managers and PMs
• Drive performance culture
