About the Role
The PM Head will be responsible for end-to-end Project handling, including process development, implementation of industry best practices, customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in core project management tools, stakeholder management, risk management, and leadership, preferably in the cleantech or manufacturing domain.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the Master Project Schedule, aligning project timelines with contractual obligations and organizational capacity.
Own the project P&L, including budget control, variance analysis, change order management, and ensuring positive cash flow for all projects.
Proactively identify, analyse, and mitigate project risks (technical, financial, contractual). Manage all client and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance and managing claims/disputes.
