Job Description
The Head of Projects is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the organization. This role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Strategic Project Management:
- Develop and implement strategic project management plans that align with the organization's objectives.
- Oversee the management of multiple, complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Establish project management methodologies, standards, and best practices across the organization.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization across all projects.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
