We're looking for a senior, hands-on Head of Proxy Operations to design, own, and scale a commercial proxy network business from the ground up. This role goes far beyond server setup or basic networking—you will own the entire proxy lifecycle, from IP sourcing and ASN strategy to rotation logic, abuse handling, and monetization.

You will be the single point of ownership for how proxies are sourced, routed, rotated, protected, and sold—ensuring the network remains clean, resilient, profitable, and scalable as customer demand and traffic grow.
