Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Quality, located in Sanand. The Head of Quality will oversee all aspects of quality assurance, quality control, and quality management processes within the organization. Daily responsibilities include performing quality audits, managing compliance with regulatory standards, implementing and monitoring quality systems, and leading a team to ensure product and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes, ensuring product and process compliance with standards.
• Experience in injectables facility.
• Proficiency in Quality Auditing and managing quality systems to maintain adherence to regulatory and organisational requirements.
• Experience in Quality Management and leadership skills to oversee and guide quality teams effectively.
• In-depth understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices in biomanufacturing.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Quality Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the biomanufacturing or pharmaceutical industry is must
