About the job – Head of Recruitment by Design

Q2 HR Solutions is looking for a Head of Recruit by Design to lead and scale our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business. This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end accountability , overseeing RPO strategy, operations, profitability, client growth, and team performance.

The Head of Recruit by Design is responsible for leading Q22s RPO operations and delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions for client organizations. The role drives recruitment strategy, manages and strengthens client partnerships, grows the RPO business through CRM-enabled initiatives, and leads a high-performing recruitment team. This position ensures service excellence across all RPO engagements by balancing operational delivery, client satisfaction, business growth, and people leadership.
