Your main goal at Catena is to help us vet the best talent from countries in LatAm and Southeast Asia. You'll help us build a brand that our candidates trust because they know we help place them into phenomenal jobs where they'll be respected and able to grow.

• Creating processes to make our recruiting organization more efficient, including best practices around ATS systems
