Responsibilities

• Study & implementation of new product based on sales, customer or internal feedback.
• Completion of new project based on time schedule.
• Review of customer specification, and shall address customer designated special characteristic in APQP document (if any).
• Review supplier specification (if any).
• Implement, monitor and maintain R&D activities according to IATF 16949 & ISO 14001.
• Providing internal or external training to staff
• Appraisal of staff.
• Evaluation of new technologies or equipment.
• Complying to 5S.
• Assisting superior in all matters related duties as and when needed.
• Assist in other duties as and when assigned.
• Supporting superior and providing assistance whenever requested or required.
