Position - Head of Research Analyst

Location - Mumbai

Role :

Lead the equity research function by delivering high-quality investment recommendations across stocks, sectors, and thematic ideas. Manage and mentor a team of equity analysts, oversee financial modeling and valuations, and develop differentiated research products for institutional, HNI, PCG, and retail clients. Act as the primary research interface for institutional clients, handling presentations, corporate interactions, conferences, and roadshows. Drive market, sector, and theme-based analysis while aligning research strategy with overall business objectives. Oversee research governance, reports, and departmental budgets.

Requirements:

MBA from a leading institution; CFA/CA preferred. Minimum 10+ years of experience with 5+ years in team leadership and mandatory institutional research exposure. Strong institutional client servicing experience, coverage of 100+ companies, deep knowledge of equity markets, trading strategies, settlements, and financial modeling. Knowledge of algo trading is an added advantage.
