Head of Revenue B2B SaaS/TechLocation: 100% Remote (Spain-based) | Monthly visits to MadridCompensation: 70,000 – €80,000 base + uncapped performance bonus (up to 2x base)

The RoleWe are supporting a B2B SaaS scale-up in hiring a VP of Revenue / Head of Revenue to lead the next phase of growth.

The company is transitioning from founder-led revenue to a scalable, data-driven revenue organization, with the objective of growing from €1M to €10M ARR .

This role offers end-to-end ownership of the revenue engine, covering Go-To-Market, Sales, and Customer Success alignment .

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive Net ARR growth (new business, expansion, and retention)

Define and execute the Go-To-Market strategy

Build and optimize revenue processes, tooling, and forecasting (HubSpot or similar)

Lead the commercial team while remaining hands-on in key deals
