Own and grow total company revenue (online + marketplace + sale strategy), with clear category focus.
Owns completely:- Category selection (what to scale, what to pause)
- Online revenue (D2C + marketplaces)
- Sale & bundle strategy
- Ads performance (Meta + Google via agency)
- AOV, conversion rate, repeat rate
- Monthly & quarterly revenue targets
- Brand aesthetics
- Store leasing
- Vendor sourcing
- (these stay with you / partner)
- Revenue vs target
- ROAS by channel
- Top & bottom SKUs
- Inventory velocity
- Cash generated
This person decides , not asks.
Ideal background:- 6–10 years in consumer brand / D2C / retail
- Has managed ₹30–100 Cr revenue
- Strong with numbers, not just marketing language
