Job Description

Primary Objective:

Own and grow total company revenue  (online + marketplace + sale strategy), with clear category focus.

Owns completely:
  • Category selection (what to scale, what to pause)
  • Online revenue (D2C + marketplaces)
  • Sale & bundle strategy
  • Ads performance (Meta + Google via agency)
  • AOV, conversion rate, repeat rate
  • Monthly & quarterly revenue targets
Does NOT own:
  • Brand aesthetics
  • Store leasing
  • Vendor sourcing
  • (these stay with you / partner)
Weekly KPIs:
  • Revenue vs target
  • ROAS by channel
  • Top & bottom SKUs
  • Inventory velocity
  • Cash generated

 This person decides , not asks.

Ideal background:
  • 6–10 years in consumer brand / D2C / retail
  • Has managed ₹30–100 Cr revenue
  • Strong with numbers, not just marketing language
