  • Lead Rewards operations for India & South Asia.
  • Drive market benchmarking, optimize salary budgets, and present compensation analytics to senior leadership.
  • Deploy and maintain global grading structures aligned with the company's European headquarters.
  • Provide managers with accurate compensation and benefits data.
  • Design and implement effective recognition and rewards programs.

Global Mobility

  • Manage end-to-end international assignments, including both inbound and outbound mobility.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and taxation for expatriates and assignees.
  • Define and improve policies, processes, tools, and documentation for mobility in India.
