- Lead Rewards operations for India & South Asia.
- Drive market benchmarking, optimize salary budgets, and present compensation analytics to senior leadership.
- Deploy and maintain global grading structures aligned with the company's European headquarters.
- Provide managers with accurate compensation and benefits data.
- Design and implement effective recognition and rewards programs.
Global Mobility
- Manage end-to-end international assignments, including both inbound and outbound mobility.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and taxation for expatriates and assignees.
- Define and improve policies, processes, tools, and documentation for mobility in India.
