About the Role
Saleshandy is a B2B SaaS company currently generating $3M ARR (Bootstrapped)
Our next goal is to reach $10M.
This role is responsible for new sales only.
You will lead inbound and outbound sales, manage a team of 10–15 people, and be responsible for new sales revenue generation.
What You Will Be Responsible For
• Deliver monthly and quarterly new sales revenue
• Manage inbound and outbound sales
• Keep a healthy and active sales pipeline
• Ensure sales forecasts are realistic and accurate
• Hire, guide, and support the sales team
• Improve deal closing and conversion rates
• Make sure every lead is followed up properly
• Identify issues early and fix them quickly
Skills & Experience Required
• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
• Experience driving new sales revenue
• Ability to close deals of all sizes ($100 to $500K)
• Good understanding of sales numbers and forecasting
• Knows what can be automated and where people are needed
• Experience managing sales teams
• Comfortable taking clear decisions
How You Lead the Team
• Set clear goals and expectations
• Review pipeline and deals every week
• Coach the team to close better, not just work more
• Ensure CRM updates, notes, and follow-ups are done
• Address underperformance in time
What Success Looks Like
First 30 Days
• Understand the product, customers, and sales process
• Review current pipeline and sales performance
• Identify gaps in follow-ups and conversions
• Set clear expectations with the team
From 2nd Month Onwards
• Steady growth in new sales revenue
• Clear and reliable sales forecasting
• Better deal closures and follow-ups
• Strong ownership across the sales team
