Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives for networking, cabling, and security products (CCTV, CAT6/CAT7 cables, switches, servers, etc.).
Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to meet and exceed individual and collective goals.
Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure accountability across all sales functions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, government, and project-based sectors.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders including system integrators, contractors, consultants, and distributors.
Drive sales for both direct projects and distribution channels.
