About Saltes:
Saltes is an energy technology company based at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven. We develop the ThermalPod, a molten salt heat battery that stores renewable electricity as heat and supplies it on demand. Our mission is to decarbonize industrial heat, one of the largest and hardest-to-abate sources of CO₂ emissions, by making renewable heat reliable, affordable and scalable.
Every industrial site in Europe needs to decarbonize its heat. Saltes offers a practical and scalable way to make that happen, and your work will directly turn that ambition into reality.
After developing and validating our technology in multiple projects, we are now entering commercial rollout across Europe. This is the moment where commercial execution defines success. To drive this expansion, we are looking for a Head of Sales who can turn strong market interest into signed projects and build the commercial foundation for our growth.
