Head of Sales
- Location: Onsite in Hyderabad (Night Shift)
- Industry: US Staffing / US Consultancy ONLY
- Experience: 7+ years managing teams exclusively in US staffing or consultancies, with a stable career (no more than 3 companies in the last 7 years)
- Revenue Target: $180,000 monthly
Role OverviewLead and drive a team of Lead Owners and Success Managers to achieve a monthly revenue target of $180,000. Develop and execute sales strategies, monitor key metrics, coach team members, and utilize your existing network of 100+ enterprise decision-makers to close high-value deals. Must have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets in the US staffing/consultancy space.
