Head of Sales

Quadrant IT Services is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a seasoned Sales Leader with strong expertise in B2B Integration , Middleware , and ideally EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) . This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll shape our growth trajectory, lead enterprise engagements, and strengthen our presence across integration-driven industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales and business development for B2B integration, EDI, and middleware solutions
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire and grow large enterprise clients
- Build and nurture long-term C-suite relationships and strategic alliances
- Partner closely with technology and delivery teams to ensure customer success
- Identify market opportunities, drive negotiations, and enable sustained revenue growth
Ideal Candidate
- 14+ years of experience in technology sales or business development, preferably in B2B integration or middleware
- Strong track record in closing enterprise-level deals and managing key accounts
- Hands-on EDI sales experience is a major advantage — 90% of our business is EDI-focused
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Proven ability to drive growth and inspire teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
