About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Head of Sales to lead the sales function for a renowned luxury catering brand in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will come from the luxury hotel industry in Rajasthan and possess strong connections in the social events and destination wedding market .
Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the luxury catering and events segment.
- Build and maintain relationships with wedding planners, event agencies, luxury hotels, HNIs, and premium venues.
- Identify high-value business opportunities in the social events and destination weddings market.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and pricing for high-end clientele.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility and positioning.
- Ensure high service standards and seamless customer experience.
- Attend social and industry events to expand the network and generate leads.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to stay ahead.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales within luxury hospitality, catering, or premium event services.
- Preference for candidates from luxury hotels in Rajasthan with strong local connections.
- Proven track record in driving sales within the wedding and social events domain.
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Client-focused mindset and understanding of luxury service expectations.
