What You’ll Do

- Drive Distribution: Lead sales efforts across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels.
- Expand Horizons: Explore and execute opportunities in Exports and Private Label partnerships.
- Strategize: Don’t just sell—build the roadmap. You will design marketing activities and distribution strategies from the ground up.
- Lead: Build and motivate a high-performing sales network to dominate the snacks market.

Who You Are

- Experienced: A proven track record in FMCG sales (experience across GT, MT, Exports, or Private Label is highly preferred).
- Articulate: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-Motivated: You don’t need a push; you are a self-starter who thrives on hitting and exceeding targets.
- Visionary: You possess the "smart" hustle required to scale a brand in a competitive landscape.
