Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales located in South West Delhi. The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading the sales team, managing key accounts, analyzing market trends, and developing effective sales strategies. The individual will oversee daily operations in the sales department, mentor team members, and work closely with stakeholders to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's market presence. Collaboration with other departments to align sales goals and strategies will also be a critical aspect of this role.
Qualifications- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for market analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
- Experience in Account Management to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Team Management capabilities to motivate, guide, and manage a sales team effectively
- Ability to drive business growth through innovative approaches and leadership
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
