PrintUnity is expanding its Coding & Marking Solutions business and is looking for a hands-on, result-driven Head of Sales to lead growth across FMCG, Pharma, Food, Packaging, and Manufacturing sectors.
This role is ideal for a sales leader who understands solution selling , on-site demos , trials , and closure-driven B2B sales .
- Lead national sales strategy for CIJ, TIJ, Laser, TTO & coding solutions
- Own revenue, margin, and collection targets
- Drive key accounts, demos, trials, and high-value closures
- Build and lead regional sales teams
- Develop distributors, OEMs, and system integrator partnerships
- Compete effectively with global brands (Videojet, Domino, Markem, etc.)
- Drive recurring revenue through AMC, spares & consumables
- Forecast pipeline and provide market intelligence
10-18 years of B2B sales experience
Direct experience in Coding & Marking Machines / Industrial Automation / Packaging Machinery
Strong exposure to plant-level selling, demos & trials
Proven leadership and team-building experience
Strong network across FMCG / Pharma / Packaging plants
Preferred Background- CIJ / TIJ / Laser / TTO coding machines
- Packaging line or automation equipment
- Strategic yet hands-on sales leadership
- Strong negotiation & closure capability
- Excellent communication with technical & business stakeholders
- High ownership and accountability mindset
